Shawn is the proud founder and owner of Swiss Technologies of New England and Stone Medical. His increased interest in the complexity of medical device manufacturing drove his desire to create the medical division, Stone Medical. Shawn is a hands-on owner who supports his colleagues in every category. Shawn enjoys spending time with his family and the great outdoors, hunting, fishing, and golfing.

Kristi Glavin
Business Operations Manager
As the lead Operations Manager at Swiss Technologies of New England, Kristi’s multiple years of experience in business management and customer relations make her
a powerhouse in the efficiency and productivity in overseeing all company's organizational processes. When not at work, you’ll find Kristi spending time outdoors with her family or at her fruit tree farm in Maine, where she makes delicious treats to bring back to the office.
Steve Olivo
Quality Assurance Manager
Steve’s focus is to ensure that all manufactured parts are up to ISO and the customer's standards before being delivered. Steve's 30+ years in the manufacturing industry gave him the skills of incredible attention to detail, and the ability to communicate with staff on
the floor and collect data for quality solutions. His view of the field is one of his most vital attributes. When not at work, Steve enjoys his time golfing, woodworking, and spending time with his family.
Shannon Ballard
Quality Assurance & Expedite
As quality assurance and expediting Shannon's ability to multi-task is one not to take for granted. Shannon gained her knowledge in the manufacturing business by attending a technical trade school and also starting as an office assistant. Her adaptability and communication skills are essential to her position. On weekends you’ll find Shannon enjoying the great outdoors, camping, and fishing.
Samantha Gaskin
Sales & Marketing
As a recent college graduate with a degree in Communications & Media Studies, Sam is able to use her fresh knowledge to help expand our marketing and sales capabilities.
